Human Resources Manager Job in Kenya

Role Description

  • This is a full-time on-site role in Nairobi County, Kenya for a Human Resources Manager at Wild Voyager. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and HR policies and procedures. They will collaborate with leadership to create and implement strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent. The Human Resources Manager will also handle employee grievances, ensure compliance with labor laws, and promote a positive work culture.

Qualifications:


  • Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures, labor laws, and best practices
  • Experience in recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle employee relations issues and resolve conflicts
  • Experience in performance management, training, and development
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Experience in the travel industry is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
