Currently, CITAM has 31 assemblies in Kenya and 4 outside Kenya and provides quality education through 12 CITAM Schools and PAC University. The ministry runs a Farm, CITAM Kadolta Resort, Catering Units, CITAM Outfitters, the CITAM Children’s Center, Mission Stations in Northern Kenya, provides value-based media services through Hope FM, Hope Recording Studios, Hope Creatives & Digital, Hope TV, and CITAM Church Online among other social media platforms.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Born Again, innovative, and driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The individual in this role would be responsible for developing, maintaining, and increasing solid and dependable client base. The individual will identify opportunities to increase revenue and profitability with the aim of helping CITAM Kadolta Resort to achieve her business goals. We are seeking a candidate who is creatively minded, business savvy and eager to think outside the box when it comes to our customers and their needs.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement business and marketing plans.

Conduct periodic market surveys to prospect and market the CITAM Kadolta Resort’s image to the public.

Design sales packages for the client in consultation with the Resort Manager.

Executing sales through the end-to-end sales process.

Liaise with the Resort Manager and Finance Officer regarding payment terms and debt collection.

Maintain close and effective contact with clients to promptly resolve concerns and maintain a healthy rapport for customer satisfaction.

Achieve set annual and monthly targets for hotel sales within schedule.

Prepare sales progress reports on customer needs, market trends, interests, competitive activities, and new business ventures.

Timely submission of scheduled reports.

Ensure adherence to ISO and other recognized standards.


Be a born-again, mature Christian who conforms with the CITAM Statement of Faith.

Bachelor’s Degree in Sales and Marketing or a related course

Proficiency in CRM and ERP software

Creative and innovative, diligent, self-motivated, honest, and hard working.

Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)

Business savvy with an eye for new opportunities

At least 2 years’ experience in sales and marketing in the hospitality industry

Experience in driving will be an added advantage.
