Responsibilities:
- Menu development in collaboration
with the Executive Chef
- Ability to coordinate numerous
kitchens at the same time
- Staff training and development
within the kitchen
- Quality assurance and management
of food including interacting with guests
- Responsible for orienting,
training, coaching and evaluating new kitchen staff
- Ensuring that the (HACCP) is
adhered to daily by all members of staff
- Inventory and supplies management
- Seize control of issues in the
kitchen
Skills & Qualifications:
- BS Degree or a diploma in
Culinary Science
- 3+ years’ experience in a similar
position
- Must have proper knowledge and
international experience with Italian Cuisine
- Excellent record of kitchen and
staff management
- Familiar with industry’s best
practices
- Leadership, Hand-Eye Coordination
and Time Management skills
- Demonstrated ability and
experience in overseeing large production and kitchens with over 300 staff
members
