Responsibilities:

Make guests feel valued and welcome.

Follow service timing standards.

Offer menu guidance, answer queries, and suggest food/beverage.

Arrive on time in proper attire.

Use positive sales techniques for guest guidance.

Promote additional products when suitable.

Minimum Requirements:


Hospitality/Food Science Diploma/Degree.

Minimum one year experience

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Familiarity with POS software
