Our
client in the Bulk SMS space is seeking to hire a Business Development Manager
who will be at the forefront of revolutionizing the VAS services solutions
landscape and responsible for achieving company objectives by planning, setting
sales goals, analyzing, performance data, and making forecasts as well as
hiring, training, motivating, and advise a team of sales representatives.
The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and
maintaining relationships with clients, and staying abreast of market trends in
the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent
the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our offerings.
- Research
consumer needs and identify how our solutions address them.
- Develop
skills continuously for hiring, training, and leading team members, and
ensure that they’re using effective sales tactics to meet revenue
objectives.
- Generate
leads, and establish and nurture client relationships
- Develop
new products for the market.
- Develop
and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
- Create
and communicate sales goals and ensure C-level executives are informed on
the progress of those goals.
- Build
and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with customers while
partnering with them to better understand their business objectives and
needs.

industry-specific trends and landscapes.

communicate value propositions through presentations and proposals.

Qualification:
- A
Bachelor’s degree and/or MBA in Sales and Marketing or related field.
- Over 5 years of
experience in managing sales and teams in a corporate setting.
- Proven
record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing
- Excellent
communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Superb
leadership ability.
- Knowledge
of financial budgeting and planning.
- Demonstrable
knowledge and experience in the field of B2B sales.
- Strong
communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated
ability to develop new business opportunities and improve the
profitability and competitive performance of the business.
- Entrepreneurial
mindset with the ability to spot original sales and branding
opportunities.
