Job Summary:
As the Sales Development
Manager at Optimise Outsourcing Ltd you will be responsible for developing and
managing a new leads, nurturing them into qualified prospects, and overseeing a
small team of Sales Agents. Your role will be critical in driving the growth of
our sales department and expanding our customer base. You will work closely with
the Sales Team Leader (UK) to execute sales strategies, drive revenue growth,
and maintain a high standard of sales professionalism within your team.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Develop and execute lead generation strategies, including
inbound and outbound tactics, to identify and nurture potential customers.
Team Management: Manage, mentor, and coach a team of Sales Agents to ensure
they meet or exceed their individual and team targets.
Sales Training: Provide ongoing training and support to Sales Agents to
enhance their skills and product knowledge, enabling them to effectively engage
with potential clients.
Pipeline Management: Monitor and optimise the sales pipeline to ensure leads
progress smoothly through the sales funnel and convert to opportunities.
Prospect Qualification: Evaluate and qualify leads to identify high-potential
prospects, understanding their needs, and ensuring alignment with our solutions.
Performance Metrics: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Sales
Development team to measure success and productivity.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales Team Leader (UK), Marketing, and
other cross-functional teams to align lead generation efforts with company
objectives.
Reporting: Generate regular reports on the team’s progress, successes,
and areas for improvement.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer
needs to provide insights for effective lead generation strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in
Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales
development, lead generation, or sales management.
Strong
leadership and team management skills.
Exceptional
communication and interpersonal abilities.
Analytical
mindset with the ability to track and measure team performance.
Results-oriented
and driven to achieve targets.
Familiarity
with CRM software and lead tracking tools.
