Engineering Manager (Corrugated Packaging)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engineering strategies to improve the
efficiency and effectiveness of our production process.
- Manage the maintenance and repair of all equipment and
machinery, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum uptime.
- Supervise and develop a team of engineers and technicians to
achieve business objectives.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to
ensure equipment is kept in optimal condition.
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for
improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental
regulations.
- Implement and maintain best practices in production, quality
control, and inventory management.
- Ensure production schedules are met and products are
delivered to customers on time.
- Implement and maintain systems for tracking and reporting on
engineering performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or
related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a Corrugated manufacturing
or production environment, with at least 2 years in a management role.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical engineering
principles.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team and achieve results in a
fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven
decisions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
