Job Description
Communications intemship
position shall further the cause for engagement with alumni community, friends
and partners of Hekima University College. In this, the alumni community shall
be engaged with passion, understanding, patience, persistence and consistence
to ensure they understand the objectives and mission of the HUC alumni
association and affirm their belongingness and participation.
The friends of Hekima
University College shall be engaged with passion, strategic inspiration and
mutually benefiting friendship to continue being friends and supportive of the
university. The partners of Hekima University College shall be engaged with
passion, strategic involvement and collaboration to further the cause for
university growth and development.
Duties and Responsibilities
Create
and maintain high-quality Alumni, friends and partners database Engage the
Alumni, friends and partners according to task
Collect,
analyse and report communication feedback
Organize
activities and events relating to Alumni, friends and partners. Liaise with
relevant offices at the University to realize expected results Perform any
other duties assigned by supervisors
Qualifications
Bachelors
in Information Communication or elated degree;
Quantifiable
experience in related field
Mature
Preferably
a female.
Required Skills
Customer
service skills
Excellent
communication skills (English and Swahili. French or any other foreign language
would be an added advantage)
