Our
client is seeking to hire a Brand & Marketing Executive to manage marketing
and branding functions effectively and efficiently.
Duties and Responsibilities
Strategy
·
Develop and implement Acentria
Group’s corporate communication and branding strategy that is in line with the
overall group strategy.
Marketing
·
Develop and implement a digital
marketing strategy that shall promote brand awareness, consideration, and
conversion at scale to include:
o Target audience mapping for our products
o Marketing issues to be addressed and interventions that
will address them.
o A go-to-market plan that includes marketing activities,
including the proposed budget.
o Develop a measurement and evaluation template to review
marketing activities.
o Develop Branding & Brand Imagery guidelines for
Digital Products
o Develop and implement an annual Social & Digital
Content Calendar
Brand
Presence, Feel, and Story
·
Ensure brand uniformity through all
communication channels in Acentria.
·
Develop & implement branding
guidelines for Internal Communication
·
Develop & implement branding
guidelines for PR & CSR Events
·
Develop & implement branding
guidelines for staff profiles and outlook.
·
Review user journey for digital platforms
·
Office Visual ID
·
Corporate Stationery guidelines
·
Brand guidelines for point-of-sale
materials
·
Brand guidelines for merchandise
·
Creation of a brand story
Communication
and Public Relations
·
Thought leadership for the MD and
the organization – looking for various industry forums where the MD or
appointed representative can be a speaker on behalf of the company.
·
Stakeholder mapping and engagement,
to promote mutually beneficial relationships within strategic partners in and
outside the industry in liaison with appointed personnel from Acentria.
·
Assist in stakeholder mapping to
ensure the company and the MD are signed in on relevant associations and clubs’
membership in line with the strategy and budget.
·
Develop and implement an events
calendar for sponsorships, industry events, strategic pitches, employee
education and motivation campaigns; e-newsletters, employee parties, employee
incentives, team buildings and gateway in line with the company’s strategy and
budget provision.
·
Develop and implement CSR projects
in line with the company’s strategy and budget provision.
·
Develop and implement customer
retention and awareness programs to include client gifting, cocktail events,
and client experiences in line with the company’s strategy and budget
provision.
Internal
communication and capacity building
·
Capacity building and training of
the team.
·
Fostering ownership and belonging
for employees.
·
Build cohesion and a unique culture
that motivates the team.
Qualifications
·
Bachelor’s degree; in marketing,
business management, or accounting
·
Postgraduate diploma and
professional qualifications in marketing
·
Prior experience in insurance will
be an added advantage.
