Sales Executives Jobs in Kenya

We are looking for Two (2) Sales Executives to be based in Nairobi and Western Region.

The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business prospects and selling products to them. They must maintain relationships with the current clients, build, and maintain relationships with new clients. They will also need to stay ahead of their competition and work on sharpening and improving their skills.

He/she will carry out a varied selection of duties and responsibilities including but not limited to the following:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and understand their needs and requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and exceptional customer service.
  • Follow up on payment from customers within as per company policy.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.
  • Prepare and negotiate sales contracts, ensuring favorable terms, and conditions for both the company and the client.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and challenges.
  • Responsible for proper customer product stock levels to ensure that products are available for loading.

Job Requirements


  1. Undergraduate degree in Sales and Marketing or related studies.
  2. A minimum of two (2) years in sales and marketing in the energy sector with a track record of success and performance.
  3.  Proficiency in English.
  4. Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  6. Strong negotiation and closing skills to secure new business and drive revenue growth.
  7. Demonstrated ability to identify customer needs and propose solutions.
  8. Self-motivated, target-driven, with a proactive approach to prospecting, and lead generation.
  9. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  10. Analytical skills and ability to interpret sales performance and market trends information.
