Management Trainees

Overall Responsibility

The trainees will support their respective managers in developing and implementing the company’s growth strategies. This position is best suited for candidates who want to gain valuable experience in the following fields: Marketing, Administration, Accounts, and Procurement.

Key Responsibilities:


  1. Help managers complete daily tasks
  2. Understand individual departmental daily processes and goals
  3. Provide administrative support including data entry
  4. Get familiar with personnel duties
  5. Participate in company’s strategic planning and execution
  6. Help managers in evaluating performance
  7. Research ways to maximize performance in the respective departments
  8. Create and give presentations

Job Requirements

  1. Degree in any of the Business Courses with relevant specialties.
  2. Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office Suit
  3. Excellent communication skills
