Job Title: Technical Sales Engineer - Renewable Energy

Gross Salary: Ksh 120,000 – 150,000
Our client in the Renewable
Energy Industry is seeking to hire an ambitious technical support engineer to
provide site-specific or customer-specific design and validate design
requirements to suit the client.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, pre-qualify, and acquire prospects for the
sales of large commercial Solar PV Grid -Tie projects and perform technical due
diligence.
Negotiate and structure Solar PV and Solar
Integrated contract deals.
Manage the sales request process for all project
types and work within guidelines and set triggers to efficiently manage
priorities.
Performs site diligence, provides site-specific or
customer-specific design and validates design requirements to suit the client.
Support projects estimating and scheduling tasks as
required.
Act as a key point of contact between the client and
the company in project implementation.
Target and contact key decision makers in large
commercial enterprises, hotels/resorts etc. to create a need and present new
project opportunities, propose specific sales contracts, obtain fully executed
contracts for new projects, and achieve business development goals.
Key Qualifications
BSC. Electrical Engineering / Energy Engineering.
Minimum of 3 Years’ experience in system Design and
Project Management.
T3 Licensed.
Technical PV solutions support experience.
Knowledge of Project Management will be an added
advantage.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent client-facing skills.
