Duties and Responsibilities
Present, promote and sell products/services using
solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
Conduct demonstration of how the products work to
prospective clients
Upsell and cross sell to existing corporate
customers
Establish, develop and maintain positive business
and customer relationships
Reach out to corporate customer leads through cold
calling and door to door visits
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of
existing/potential customers to meet their needs
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and
complaints to maximize satisfaction
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within
schedule
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other
departments
Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track
sales and status reports
Prepare reports on customer needs, problems,
interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Keep abreast of best practices and promotional
trends
Continuously improve through feedback.
Any other duty that may be assigned from time to
time
Qualifications
At least a diploma or a certificate in a business
related course
At least 2 years working experience selling FMCG
products in institutions like hospitals,schools and government.
Good communication skills both written and spoken
Hardworking and presentable
Strong Ethics and integrity
A team player who takes initiatives
