Ø Oversee new
business development through lead generation, cold calling and customer
servicing which led to the expansion of start-up client base.

managed existing accounts by accurately understanding client briefs, creating
compelling proposals and coordinating with the various departments including
design, finance and operations to deliver the clients goals that led to a high
retention rate.
Ø Maintained and
expanded key accounts by scheduling frequent client check-ins that generated a
great rapport and resulted in productive client relationships.
Ø Negotiated annual
contracts and rates with clients to ensure business longevity and increased
revenue for the company and reduced client cancellations.
Ø Managed analysis
on key sales pipeline reports; deliver sales-related analysis to measure sales
strategy effectiveness.
Ø Maintaining
at-least 80% average on monthly debt collection which ensured that client paid
for services within the allocated credit period.
Ø Strengthened
customer relationships with a proactive and collaborative approach to managing
needs.
Qualifications & Skills
Ø Diploma or Degree
in business related course or IT
Ø At-least 3 years
of experience in
Ø Must be IT Savvy
Ø Business Oriented,
Must be a hands-on person
