SUPPORT STAFF – GRADE ORPP 10 – 1 Post
Duties and
responsibilities
Duties at this level will
entail:
- Cleaning
of offices;
- Recording
and dispatching letters, files and documents;
- Assisting
with simple clerical work;
- Preparing
and serving tea;
- Keeping
safe custody of cleaning equipment and materials;
- Planting,
weeding and pruning/mowing gardens;
- Collecting,
assembling and disposing waste; and
- Any
other lawful duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements for
Appointment
For appointment to this
grade a candidate must have:-
- Kenya
Certificate of Secondary Education Mean Grade D or any other equivalent
qualification from a recognized institution;
- Certificate
in Computer Application Skills from a recognized institution; and
- Met
the requirements of Chapter Six (6) of the Constitution of Kenya.
