Our Client in the IT
industry is seeking to hire a Sales Executive who will be responsible for the
performance of sales activities, generation of Secondary Revenue in the
assigned accounts and market area/segment, and work towards achievement of
growth and profitability of Digital Secondary Revenue against set targets
within the assigned accounts and market area/segment.
Key Responsibilities.
- Works on and actively sets out to achieve the
agreed-set financial and non-financial targets from the assigned clients.
- Handles an agreed set of market, clients/accounts as
advised, determined, discussed and agreed by/with the Sales Manager.
- Develop, map, and document the designated accounts
and ensure complete coverage in the assigned accounts and market
area/segment.
- Develop and maintain user-level& mid-user-level
contacts.
- Identifies prospects and leads generated in the
assigned accounts.
- Qualify the prospects/leads and where necessary
liaise with the Sales/ Branch Manager on the same.
- Identifying optimum solutions and where necessary
liaison with Pre-sales support.
- Ensure maximum penetration & completion of user
training at the customer location to ensure optimization of the machine
features and thereby the consumption.
- Prepare proposals and presentations as per the
organizational standards and client requirements.
- Negotiate and finalize deals as per the
organizational guidelines.
- Ensure timely preparation and response to tender
/RFQ/RFI/EOI, pre-qualifications, and FP in liaison with the Bid desk.
- Ensure timely collection of any pending payment in
liaison with the credit control team.
- Work closely with a Sales manager, Pre-Sales, CRS,
and team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of the
equipment/services/consumables.
- Assist the supervisor in planning the stocks based
on past trends & forecasts based on customer needs.

Key Knowledge and
Experience
- 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Diploma in Sales & Marketing or Business Mgt
with any extra IT-related field qualification is preferred. A degree is an
added advantage.
- Experience in end customer relationship management
- Proven salesmanship
- Key certifications in the area of business in terms
of Product and or service
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics
and requirements
