Client Relations Manager
Reporting to the Head of
Marketing, Brand & Communication, the overall purpose this role is to
manage the overall client relationships; responsible for market share growth,
client satisfaction and driving growth for all corporate accounts.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Maintain
and cultivate senior executive relationships.
- Lead
client relations planning and opportunity identification; conduct
opportunity prioritization and develop overall go to market plans
- Plan,
facilitate and/or conduct contract negotiations
- Perform
contract management functions.
- Archive
set targets including value, volume, profitability and development of new
service areas.
- Prepare
action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the
number of contacts and conversion values to be made.
- Establish
and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
- Prepare
a variety of status reports, including Forecast sheet, activity, closings,
follow-up, and adherence to goals.
- Coordinate
the client relations team to accomplish the work required to close
contracts
- Develop
and implement special client relations activities to increase market share.
- Participate
in industry events such as conferences, symposiums,CMEs etc
Qualifications &
Requirements
- Bachelor’s
degree in Business Administration or any other related course
- 5
years’ experience in business development, sales or relationship
management with 3 years’ experience as a manager. Healthcare industry
experience will be an added advantage.
- Strong
oral and written communication skills
- Proven
ability to lead a team to meet quotas
- Excellent
leadership skills
- Experience
setting sales goals
- Results-oriented
with strong analytical skills
- Deep
understanding of CRM systems and best practices
- Proficient
in Microsoft Office
