Job Vacancy: Business Development Manager (BDM)
Our
client is a Tech Company that specialises in the Design, Implementation and
Maintenance of High-End Data Networks.
They
seek to hire a BDM, responsible for business growth and for formulating sales
and lead generation strategies.
Key
Duties and Responsibilities
· Develop
and implement effective BD & lead closing strategies
· Identify
and pursue new business opportunities
· Increase
market share in Kenya and beyond
· Generate,
qualify and close leads
· Schedule
sales appointments and activities
· Promote
products to new and existing customers
· Develop
and make presentations and demos of company products and services to current
and potential clients
· Provide
excellent customer service and salesmanship
· Develop
and maintain a customer database
· Maintain positive business and customer relationships to prolong customer lifetime value
· Address
client questions and concerns to increase client satisfaction
· Lead
team to meet their performance goals
Person’s
specifications
· 3 years
of experience in selling tech services or IT hardware products
· Ability
to meet and exceed monthly sales quota
· Ability
to create and deliver client presentations
· Expert
in time management and personal organization
· Highly
motivated, determined, and target driven
