Sales Person Job in Kenya

Our client, a furniture manufacturer, seeks to hire a Sales Person.

The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing, implementing sales strategies and meeting the set sales targets

Gross Salary: 40K plus Commission

Key Duties and Responsibilities

·  Develop and implement sales strategies

·  Sell furniture and meet set sales targets

·  Expand market share and generate leads

·  Prepare business proposals and make presentations to clients

·  Create brand awareness and visibility

·  Establish and maintain good relationships with clients

·  Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities

·  Review market trends, conduct market research and report on the same

·  Spearhead customer-centred service provision

·  Supervise and manage the sales team


·  Manage the sales cycle from order taking to the collection of payment

·  Identify and examine business risks and advise the company accordingly

·  Perform the sales admin-related tasks as required.

Required Specification

·  Successful track record in B2C and B2B sales and negotiation

·  Experience working in the interior design sector/furniture sales is highly desirable

·  Minimum of a diploma in sales and marketing or a related field

·  Demonstrable great selling and negotiation skills

·  Great verbal and written communication skills, strong customer-orientated focus

·  A strong, resilient, result-orientated individual and an excellent team player

·  Excellent analytical skills and knowledge of computing software
