Sales Manager – Power & Energy
Our
company offers smart electricity & water sub-metering for residential,
commercial & industrial buildings.
We
seek to hire a vibrant and persuasive Sales Manager who will be tasked with the
role of identifying new business, improving the company’s market position and
achieving financial growth.
Job
Responsibilities:
· Develop
and implement a customer growth strategy (active hunting).
· Prospect
for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
· Create
market awareness for the company’s product
· Marketing
and selling Company’s products and services to customers through field visits,
in house calls, internet, and other marketing channels.
· Keep a
keen eye on market trends and the competition.
· Reviewing
sales performance on weekly, monthly, quarterly basis
· Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
· Present
and sell smart metering & energy consumption monitoring & management
Solutions to Landlords, Property Managers and Private Utility companies.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s
degree in Sales, Marketing or Business-Related Field
· At
least 2-3 years working experience. Experience in Real Estate industry is a
plus
· Able to
meet set sales target within the timeframe
· Must
have good negotiation and persuasive skills and ability to close sales deals
· Ability
to communicate and interact with people from diverse background
· Be an
ambitious, motivated individual who believes in not merely meeting but
exceeding sales targets
· Have
the ability to quickly develop in-depth knowledge of local market business
conditions and competitive environment
