Job Title: Finance Assistant – Credit Control

Reports To: Assistant Manager – Finance

Purpose of the Position: The position is responsible for the timely execution of finance functions, revenue assurance and credit control.

Key Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities

·  Ensure all revenue is promptly and correctly receipted.

·  Ensure daily submission of receipt declaration report.

·  Respond to all general ledger reconciliations queries.

·  Ensure minimal leakage through compliance and accurate receipting.

·  Ensure timely reconciliation of intermediary statement of accounts.

·  Assist in commission processing.


Requirements

·  Bachelor degree in Commerce or Business related course.

·  At least 1 year of work experience
