About the job
We are looking for an
experienced Web Designer to join our Customer Success Team in delivering
websites of highest quality for our clients. Primary duties include
implementing creative ideas for client websites, as well as creating visual
elements that are in line with our clients’ branding.
Desired Profile:

Ability to execute web design projects with a clear focus on client needs.

Ability to create engaging and brand-consistent experiences.
- ·
Conceptualize creative ideas with clients.
- ·
Testing and improving the design of websites.
- ·
Designing visual imagery for websites and ensuring that they are in line
with clients’ brands.
- ·
Working with different website platform management systems e.g. Duda, Wix
etc.
- ·
Communicating design ideas using user flows, process flows, site maps, and
wireframes.
- ·
Ability to benchmark websites quality with best industry standards and
trends.
- ·
Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
- ·
Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.
Qualifications and Experience
- ·
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Visual Arts, Interaction
design or related areas.
- ·
Proficiency in front-end development web programming languages such as
HTML and CSS, JQuery, and JavaScript.
- ·
Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe
Illustrator, and other visual design tools.
- ·
Demonstrable web and graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
- ·
Good understanding of website management systems.
- ·
Good understanding of search engine optimization principles.
- ·
Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues.
- ·
Excellent visual design skills.
- ·
Up-to-date experience with international web protocols, standards, and
technologies.
- ·
Excellent communication skills.
- ·
Up-to-date with the latest Web trends, techniques and technologies
- ·
At least 2 years’ experience as Web designer in a fast paced environment.
