Job Description: Restaurant Trainer,

Cascade Company Limited is
the Home for Urban and Continental dishes located in Thika town offering
quality, delicious and affordable meals, Catering, Event Set up services and
training.
The Trainer is primarily
responsible for training and guiding performance of all employees at Cascade
Company Limited. In all assignments, the Trainer will uphold Company’s
standards and enable employees to execute their responsibilities at a high
level.
Key Responsibilities
The duties shall include,
but are not limited to:
- Ensures the highest levels of training standards at
all the establishment’s outlets.
- Evaluate and verify understanding of all employees
on Food & Beverage standards.
- Develop and implement training programs in relation
to Food & Beverage Production and Service. Manages all administrative
tasks associated with each establishment’s training before, during, and
after the Training Sessions in a timely fashion.
- Conduct periodic trainings and orient new employees.
- Serves as a role model by demonstrating and
upholding the establishment’s policies and standards.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Human
Resource Management, or Business Administration Broad Knowledge in Kitchen
and Restaurant Operations
- Competence in Information Communication Technology
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Must demonstrate thorough understanding of
International Food Safety Standards
- Broad knowledge of POS Systems for restaurants
