The Role: We are seeking a
Marketing Operations Manager to help us build, measure, optimize and scale our
marketing programs to drive growth.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for measuring and evaluating
marketing performance, supporting demand generation and integrated marketing
campaigns, informing strategic planning and budgeting, and enhancing overall
marketing process, technology, and workflow.
You will be expected to use your own initiative to make a
significant contribution to the process of developing effective marketing
strategies for courses in order to meet specific recruitment targets.
Using a range of analytic tools, you will monitor and report on
the effectiveness of all marketing campaigns to determine their Return on
Investment and guide future campaigns.
Responsibilities
Marketing activities
· To use your initiative
and take responsibility for creating, executing and delivering creative
marketing campaigns (on ground and online) and display advertising, print
adverts in newspapers and magazines, and other marketing activities as part of
integrated marketing communications.
· Process Management;
identify, design, and document scalable processes that enable the team to be
more effective in their daily work and drive alignment within the department.
· Goal Setting; develop
measurement plans which contain benchmarks and goals for each upcoming program
or campaign.
· Performance Measurement;
monitor performance, develop insights, make recommendations and implement
optimizations’ across MQLs, SQLs, pipeline, content, channels, and campaigns.
And iterate on a continuous basis.
· Campaign Management;
serve as the marketing project manager for integrated campaigns from inception
through execution and measurement.
· Segmentation; manage
list segmentation and scoring to deliver more targeted and relevant messaging
to improve engagement and ultimately conversion of prospects.
· Lead Management; support
marketing and sales revenue goals by maintaining our lead management process,
including lead lifecycle, lead scoring, and sales alerts.
· Infrastructure; own,
maintain and improve our marketing database and our lead management process.
· Data Management; work
closely with Tech to ensure data is syncing seamlessly for accurate and
up-to-date attribution, lead management, and reporting.
· To be responsible for
overseeing the day-to-day running of the Brand’s social media channels (e.g.
Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn) and managing a social media content
calendar. To generate engaging content for the Brands social media platforms in
line with the brand social media strategy.
· Using a variety of
analytics (e.g. Google Analytics) and data from our database, to create
marketing reports using Realforge/Power BI, and to monitor and evaluate
effectiveness of marketing activities in promoting our brand and engaging
relevant target groups.
· To gather market
intelligence to identify new ways to communicate with target audiences. This
may include monitoring competitors’ efforts and keeping up to date with the
brand social media and online communications strategies and taking an active
role in internal data gathering and analysis.
· To take part in internal
and external events promoting the brand and to contribute to developing and
implementing communication plans for online engagement at such events, as
directed by the Chief Executive Officer
· To work independently to
achieve results, in support of the of the team.
Marketing Administration
· Promote the Company’s
products and increase customer awareness of the brands
· Encouraging and
improving cross-departmental internal communication
· Keep up to date with
industry-specific trends and activities that are used to communicate
with customers
Marketing Operations
Manager Requirement’s
· Bachelor’s Degree in
Marketing or any other relevant field
· Experience with
marketing platforms
· Marketing experience
with at least 3+ years of admin experience
· Strong analytical
skills, able to draw insights and intelligence from marketing data.
· Ability to understand,
assess, and implement lead scoring, lead nurturing, segmentation,
personalization, and other lead/customer management practices.
· A good understanding of
marketing computer software and social media platforms.
· Demonstrated experience
owning and running the governance of a large marketing
automation platform.
· Ability to manage
multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment.
· Technically capable,
excellent communicator, and a desire to improve processes
· Basic knowledge of
Lottery and Gaming
· Ability to build
relationships with internal and external stakeholders
· Confident and
enthusiastic individual
