Cascade Company Limited is the Home for Urban and Continental
dishes located in Thika town offering quality, delicious and affordable meals,
Catering, Event Set up services and training.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the
smooth operation of supplies and logistics operations Logistics such as
ordering, organizing and monitoring storage and distribution of event supplies.
Key Responsibilities
The duties shall include, but are not limited to:
· Responsible for delivery
of client/guest experience as detailed by Event Manager.
· Develops, prioritizes,
and implements tactical event delivery plans as envisioned by Event Manager.
· Ensures highest quality
event deliverable as it relates to public and onsite events.
· Pre-, day-of, and
post-event logistics coordination.
· Prepare timelines and
ensure adherence – confirming each team member is aware of their duties.
· Works closely with Event
Manager to ensure exceptional delivery of event.
· Maintains inventory of
event equipment and supplies.
· Solve problems and works
independently in a multi-tasking environment with numerous deadlines
Qualifications &
Experience
· Bachelor Degree in
Procurement and Logistics, Business Administration, or any other related
fields.
· At least 3 years work
experience in similar industry.
· Proficient with the
Event Management System and Event registration tool used to manage registration
and event logistics an added advantage.
· Familiarity with a
variety of concepts, practices and procedures in events management
· Ability to work
independently and handle multiple projects.
· The ability to plan
ahead and deal with unexpected changes
· Must be Computer
