Responsibilities
- Implements care plans for each client and follows
up with those care plans adhering to guidance and schedule;
- Writes reviews for all cases;
- Follows up with cases through scheduled in-person
assessments;
- Provides support and advice to vulnerable people;
- Works to build trust with vulnerable people,
ensures safety, and offers protection; and
- Responds to requests for help
Qualifications
- Diploma in any of the following disciplines:
Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, Anthropology, Mental Health, Public
Health/Nursing or its equivalent qualification from a recognized
Institution;
- Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education mean
grade C- or its equivalent;
- Proficiency in computer applications; and
- Meet Chapter Six of the Constitution of Kenya
