Qualifications
- Diploma
in front office/customer service/business administration/management.
- At
least 5 years’ experience in a busy reception.
- Excellent
telephone etiquette.
- High
level of integrity.
- Great
communicator.
- Sound
presentation skills.
- Warm
and friendly.
- Ability
to work under pressure.
