Duties and
Responsibilities
Under the training of a qualified QC, the trainees will learn and
execute duties as below:
- Inspection of all the incoming
raw materials
- Carrying out any required
analysis on raw materials and finished products as per the laid down
operational procedures.
- Devise procedures to inspect
and report quality issues
- Monitor all operations that
affect quality
- Assure the reliability and
consistency of production by checking processes and final output
- Maintaining clean Quality
Control records
- Ensure high quality of products
- Provide support to the
Production staff by performing direct product testing
- Undertaking any other assigned
duties from time to time
Key skills and
Qualifications
- BSc or Diploma in Chemical and
Process Engineering or equivalent
- Excellent numerical skills and
understanding of data analysis/statistical methods
- Good knowledge of MS Office and
databases
- Outstanding communication
skills
- Great attention to detail and a
results-driven approach
- Team player
- Reliable and Trustworthy
