Our client is an international sports betting company operating
across Asia, Europe and Africa. They seek to hire a Customer Service associate
to deliver the highest quality of service to High Value Customers
Responsibilities
- Assist with knowledgeable
support to all customer requests across all products and all channels
- Provide immediate and accurate
response to all customer contacts on social media, phone, e-mail and live
chat
- Delivering first time
resolution to all customer requests up to authority and permission levels
- Creating and constantly
developing unique positive personal relationships with a High Value
Customers
- Maintain customer profiling and
communication database history for all High Value Customers
- Ensure that High Value Customer
transactions are completed accurately and timeously
- Able to confidently promote
other products and services where appropriate
- Active outbound calling to
develop the lifetime value of the customer
Qualifications
- MUST
be able to fluently speak Hindi or Guajarati
- Ability to work under pressure
in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent sporting knowledge
particularly in football
- Possess a strong teamwork ethic
- Excellent communication and
numeracy skills
- Proficient in MS Office
including e-mail, live chat and SMS communications
- Excellent interpersonal skills,
with the ability to deal effectively and professionally with difficult
customers.
- Flexible in shifting schedule
