Job Title: Merchandisers
Purpose
To deliver growth (volume &
value) in the Key Accounts channel & execute the merchandising strategy by
adopting the following strategies:

Ensure ALL SKU listed are present in
the individual outlets for the Key Accounts
·
Superior trade relations in Key
Accounts outlets
·
In store activation in Supermarkets
·
Execution of In-store visibility –
The Look (planogram)
·
Asset Inventory
·
Listing of New Items (planogram)
·
Collection
Key Accountabilities
a. Merchandising
b. Achievement of Target
c. Channel Development:
·
Scouting for SALL opportunities
·
Ensuring great In-Store visibility –
The Look
·
Execution of in-store Promotions
·
Tracking SKU movements in outlets and
generate replenishment orders
·
Ensure all SKU LISTED are well
displayed i.e. clean, communications(price)
e. Conformance to Merchandising
standards in all outlets as per plan-o-gram & management of category &
secondary displays
f. Visit all accounts on regular
basis as per set route plan
g. Receiving and handling of all
P.O.S materials for K.A
h. Relationship building with
stakeholders (line men)
i. Ensure all Report required are
submitted accurately and in stipulated timelines (i.e demand – Orders,
Competitor Report etc)
Job Specification
Education and Experience (candidate
to demonstrate any or one of requirement)

Diploma in sales added advantage
·
1 year experience in merchandising
