Qualifications
- For
appointment to this grade, an officer must have a Diploma in any of the
following disciplines:- Human Resource Management/Planning/Development,
Law, Business Administration, Psychology, Labour Relations or Industrial
Relations from a recognized institution.
Duties and responsibilities
An officer at this level will be on the job training and will work
under the guidance of a senior officer. Duties and responsibilities will
include:
- Registering
jobseekers; and
- Collecting
employment related data from employers for analysis.
