Responsibilities
- Generating invoices and account statements
- Maintaining the billing system
- Performing account reconciliations
- Maintaining accounts receivable files and
records
- Producing monthly financial and management
reports
- Investigating and resolving any irregularities
or enquiries
- Answering the phone and reading/sending emails
to clients
- Debt collection
Qualifications
- CPA at least section II and above
- 1-3 years’ experience in accounting field in a
busy environment
- Knowledge in Microsoft Excel
- Experience in Receivable management
- Ability to work with an accounting software
and quick books
