Position: Farm clerk
Location: Gachoka, Embu
Salary Scale: Kshs 15,000 – Kshs 20,000/-
Job description
The Farm Clerk is responsible for the execution of the day
to day running of the Farm operations under the guidance of the Farm Manager.
Thus he/she is to provide Admin support for the Farm activities.

- Store
Arrangement
- Proper
record keeping and filing
- Items
issuance
- Facilitate
and monitor dispatch activities
- Invoicing
of purchases
- Admin
support
- Any
other duties not necessarily mentioned which are in line with your
position as a Farm Clerk
Qualifications
- Ability
to multitask and prioritize work
- Driving
skills will be an added advantage
- Excellent
verbal and written communication skills
- Keen
attention to detail
- Ability
to be adaptable and flexible
- Good
time management skills
- Assertive
and proactive; and
- Ability
to generate reports and tabulate data
- One
(1) year experience in handling Administrative duties in a busy
environment
- Degree/Diploma/Certificate
in Office Management
- KCSE
mean C- and above
- Computer
packages
- Valid
Driving Licence
