Admin Assistant Job in Kenya

We are a newly-formed professionally-run automotive garage located in Thika Town, Kiambu County. We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our ranks as we look at establishing ourselves as a main player and grow our company.


Responsibilities
  • Manning the front office – meeting and welcoming guests.
  • Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence with the clients.
  • Managing the company social media channels.
  • General clerical duties e.g. typing, preparing, collating and filing reports.
  • Handling the company’s sales needs.
  • Managing inventory and submitting invoices.
Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Great work ethic and self-motivation.
  • Must be smart, presentable, and confident with a good command of English and Swahili.
  • Takes initiative.
  • Degree/ Diploma holder in Business Administration or any other relevant field.
  • Must be computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a work environment.
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks will be an added advantage.
