Jobsikaz is a digital sourcing platform that aggregates
recruitment tools to facilitate vacancy- jobseeker matching. We are looking for
an Admin Intern to join our team.
The intern will be working to improve the company’s
operations and work processes.
Responsibilities
- Ordering
office supplies and equipment and managing them to ensure the smooth
running of the office
- Doing
basic bookkeeping
- Following
up on requisitions and payments
- Maintaining
work stations for other colleagues when necessary
- Answering
phone calls, taking messages and forwarding calls when needed
- Greet
and assist visitors
- Maintaining
contact lists
- Assist
in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Carry
out other administrative duties such as typing, copying, printing,
scanning, etc.
Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree
in Business Administration or any other related course.
