Our Client in automotive industry is looking for a Marketing Officer to oversees company’s marketing campaigns both internally and externally and play a key part in communicating the organizations marketing message.
Responsibilities
·         Plan marketing and branding objectives.
·         Expand product solutions and offerings.

·         Prepare marketing strategies alongside other company executives and staff.
·         Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback.
·         Prepare and adhere to budgets.
·         Oversee creation and delivery of press releases, advertisements, and other marketing materials.
·         Design print ads and publications.
·         Ensure brand messages are consistent.
·         Gather and analyze customer insight.
·         Nurture and enrich all external perceptions of the company and growth of market share.
·         Engage consumers on social media.
·         Deepen relationships with all media to ensure the most effective messaging and positioning of the organization.
·         Lead all areas of content generation and production across all media platforms.
·         Take calculated risks based on data-driven analytics.
·         Drive overall CRM and direct marketing.
·         Engage other organizations within the community.
·         Collaborate with sales and sourcing to develop strategic partnership activities and implement the execution framework and strategic plan on identified opportunities.
·         Develop and lead a marketing team that will develop and execute new concepts, business models, channels and partners to position business as innovator and leader

Qualifications
·         Previous experience in a similar marketing role.
·         BSc degree in Marketing or related field
·         Strong and confident communicator
·         Excellent copywriting skills and experience
·         Design skills including graphics and web design

Branch Manager

Our Client in automotive industry is looking for a high-performing Branch Manager to help in increasing customer acquisitions and growing the market share through achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction goals. The incumbent will be responsible for maximizing sales, managing stocks and people as well as the resources at their disposal to meet the strategic goals.
Responsibilities
·         Overhaul management of the Branch, sales, service & parts divisions.
·         Achieve growth and hit sales targets in all departments by successfully managing the various departmental teams
·         Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence
·         Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of all branch representatives
·         Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
·         Present sales, service & parts reports as per company policy, and realistic forecasts to the management team
·         Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
·         Any other lawful duties as allocated by Managing Director
Qualifications
·         5-7 years’ experience as a Branch Manager. Experience in automotive industry preferred
·         MBA/BS in Business Administration or related field
·         Sufficient knowledge of modern management techniques and best practices
·         Ability to meet sales targets and production goals
·         Familiarity with industry’s rules and regulations
·         Excellent organizational skills
·         Results driven and customer focused
·         Leadership and human resources management skills
