Assistant Sales Representative (10 Posts)

Purpose
The key role of assistant Sales Representative is to   provide support to the Sales Representative during selling. He/she will perform routine clerical duties and helps in van or truck selling
Responsibilities

·         Advising customers and answering any queries, they may have, from stock availability and details of special offers to a product’s price
·         Handling customer’s transactions, while sales Representative is doing the selling
·         Ensuring stocks in the van, trucks and wholesale are adequate
·         Checking for First in First out (FIFO)
·         Helping in van delivery to customers
·         Any other duty assigned by the Sales Representative
Qualifications
·         Diploma in Sales, Commerce, economics, business management or sociology
OR
·         A certificate with at least 3 years’ experience in selling Fast Moving Products.
·         Experience in milk industry will be an added advantage.

Sales Representative (10 Posts)

Purpose
The main duty of a Sales Representative is to serve customers by selling products to them and thus meeting their needs.
Responsibilities
·         Servicing existing accounts, obtaining orders, and establishing new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets
·         Focusing sales efforts by studying current and potential volume of customers.
·         Submitting orders by referring to price lists and product literature.
·         Keeping management informed by submitting routine activity reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
·         Monitoring competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules and merchandising techniques.
·         Recommending changes in products and services, by evaluating results and competitor activities
·         Resolving customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports and making recommendations to management.
·         Keeping abreast of modern sales techniques by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
·         Providing historical records on own area customer sales data
·         Satisfy requirement of Chapter Six of the Constitution of Kenya
Qualifications
·         Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Commerce or business management
·         Valid BCE driving license with at least 3 yrs driving experience
·         At least 3 years of experience in selling Fast Moving Consumer Goods

Sales Manager

Purpose
Responsible for overall supervision, day-to-day administration & function related to all Sales activities
Responsibilities
·         Listing the full range of the company’s products with the Key accounts as per the set targets.
·         Retain and nurture existing customers, ensuring repeat sales, volume growth increased rate of sale and customer satisfaction.
·         Open quality new customer accounts, promoting the distribution through approved route to market partners
·         Managing, training and motivating the existing sales team to drive revenue growth.
·         Develop and manage efficient distribution networks for sales growth.
·         Develop efficient and creative sales and marketing strategies for existing and new assigned territories and target setting for the sales team.
·         Collecting customer and market feedback and reporting the same to the organization.
·         Monitoring sales team performance, analyzing sales data, periodical forecasting and reporting to General Manager.
·         Ensure timely collection of customer debts where applicable and ensure compliance with the credit policy
Qualifications
·         Degree in sales and marketing or related field
·         Master’s degree in a relevant field will be an added advantage
·         Valid BCE driving license with at least 3 years driving experience
·         Relevant professional body qualifications is a strong advantage
·         7 years’ Experience in FMCG sales three (3) of which must be in supervisory position. Experience in milk industry will be an added advantage.
·         Computer literate and excellent presentation skills
·         Team leadership and good interpersonal skills
·         Satisfy requirement of Chapter Six of the Constitution of Kenya

Administration Officer III

Responsibilities
·         Planning of office accommodation and layout;
·         Facilitating transport and travelling services;
·         Maintaining and updating furniture and office equipment inventory;
·         Ensuring payment of utility bills;
·         Facilitating movement of assets;
·         Facilitating general maintenance of building and furniture;
·         Facilitating logistics for meetings, conferences and other specific events;
·         Collecting and collating data on developmental activities;
·         Providing input in organizing public participation awareness at the local level.
Qualifications
·         Diploma in any of the following disciplines:- Public Administration, Business Administration/Management, Community Development, Supply chain, Trade, economics, Marketing, ICT or any other relevant qualification from a recognized Institution;
·         Certificate in computer applications from a recognized Institution.
