Customer Service & Administrative Assistant

Job Description
Our client, an out-of-home (OOH) and outdoor advertising
company, is recruiting a Customer and Admin Assistant to join their team.
Responsibilities
Customer Service
·
Manage incoming calls and customer
service enquiries
·
Identify and assess customers’ needs
to achieve satisfaction
·
Build sustainable relationships and
trust with customers through open and interactive communication
·
Provide accurate, valid and complete
information by using the right methods/tools
·
Handle customer complaints, provide
appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to
ensure resolution
·
Follow communication procedures,
guidelines and policies
·
Take the extra mile to engage
customers
Administrative
·
Organize and schedule branding
appointments
·
Notify customers when their work will
be completed
·
Develop and maintain a filing system
·
Update and maintain office policies
and procedures
·
Maintain contact lists
·
Provide general support to visitors
·
Provide support to Sales and
Administrative Assistant
Qualifications
·
Proven customer support experience,
administrative assistant or office admin assistant
·
Strong phone contact handling skills
and active listening
·
Familiarity with CRM systems and
practices
·
Customer orientation and ability to
adapt/respond to different types of personalities
·
Excellent written and verbal
communication skills
·
Ability to multi-task, prioritize,
and manage time effectively
·
Knowledge of office management systems
and procedures
·
Proficiency in MS Office
·
Attention to detail and problem
solving skills
