Requirements

Qualifications:

Job  Description:
The Applications Support Assistant is responsible for providing IT Service and Support to Penda Health employees. The role will provide level 1 and 2 support relating to various applications working with Help Desk and the Software Systems Analyst. The successful person in this role will enhance user experience by ensuring application management at Penda is within best application practices.
