Job Brief: Our client is an advertising and corporate communications service provider.
They seek to hire a competent Administrative Assistant to provide secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner.
You will provide support to staff, acting with little supervision, anticipating needs while managing the daytoday workflow, client management, preparing materials for meetings and taking minutes, and performing any other duties that may be assigned.

The Administrative Assistant will perform, coordinate and oversee administrative duties while providing an extensive level of support.
Location: Nairobi
Salary: Ksh 20,000 – 25,000
Responsibilities
·         Act as the point of contact between the company and internal/external clients
·         Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence
·         Handle requests and queries appropriately
·         Manage office petty cash
·         Take dictation and minutes and accurately enter data
·         Monitor office supplies and research advantageous deals or suppliers
·         Produce reports, presentations and briefs
·         Work as a member of the team, willingly providing backup support for coworkers when appropriate and actively supporting group goals
·         Manage the office filing system
Job Specification / Requirements
·         Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant
·         Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures
·         Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and scanners and other office gadgets
·         Proficiency in MS Office applications including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
·         Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
·         Attention to detail and problem solving skills
·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a concise, clear and compelling style
·         Produce well thoughtout, professional correspondence free of grammatical and spelling errors
·         Time management skills with the ability to multitask
·         Demonstrate ability to maintain confidential/sensitive information
·         Works effectively without constant and direct supervision or guidance
·         Diploma in Business Management or Administration
