Job Role:
Our Supply Chain team brings materials from
around the world to our factory, where they’re crafted into furniture that
makes thousands of families happy. Moko’s Supply Chain Manager will grow our supply chain apace with the company’s
product development and manufacturing plans. You’ll manage and grow a
strategic global supplier network and ensure systems and processes are in place
to meet growing procurement needs.
Responsibilities:
·
Lead Supply Chain Growth and
Development
·
Ensure supply chain systems,
processes and team capacity are apace with company growth
·
Proactively grow the company’s
supplier network for key materials to mitigate risk and keep pace with growing
demand; identify and attend relevant trade fairs and conduct overseas factory
visits
·
Keep up-to-date with global
market changes relevant to our key product lines
·
Develop sourcing plans to
accommodate increasingly complex sales and manufacturing needs
·
Ensure Continuous Cost Optimization
·
Regularly identify and evaluate
opportunities for reducing costs while maintaining a high level of quality
·
Identify and evaluate new suppliers
for existing products in search of enhanced value for money
·
Oversee the day-to-day Supply Chain
Management
·
Manage a small team responsible for
global and local procurement, sourcing and import functions
·
Ensure appropriate targets are in
place and are being consistently met by the supply chain team
Qualifications:
·
Sourcing and supply chain
management experience coordinating a variety of suppliers
·
Strong working knowledge of
import/export practices and regulations
·
Experience sourcing finished or
semi-finished products; experience with contract manufacturing or sourcing for
manufacture an advantage
·
Strong people management skills
and the ability to develop and manage key external relationships
·
A well-developed analytical ability
and high level of attention to detail
·

Job Role:
Our Business Systems Analyst will
live in a world where systems and
data meet the reality of a 200+ person team working to bring better living to
millions. You’ll be constantly thinking about how our teams can work more
effectively toward a shared vision. To make this happen, you’ll dive deep
into the process of our day to day work, understanding how things work and how
they can be done better. This week you’ll whip up a Google Sheets tool
for our supply chain team that tracks the thousands of tons of raw material we
import annually, showing them where they can best focus their efforts to reduce
clearance delays. Next week you’ll take a deep dive into our production
data, helping our Head of Manufacturing answer the question of how to adjust
raw material formulations to make more affordable products.
Responsibilities:

performance and streamline their execution

Collaboratively build tools with the
teams who will use them
·
Keep it simple to maximize your
impact – we’ve found a Google Sheet with plugins and advanced formulas often
work better than a complex piece of new software

Listen to the data and let everyone
know what it’s saying
·
Build dashboards that instantly show
teams and leaders how they’re performing and what needs their attention
·
Analyze data with our leadership team
to inform strategic decision making and determine where we should focus efforts
for maximum impact on the company’s performance

Connect finance; manufacturing,
operational data to draw fresh insights that help us more effectively achieve
our goals.

Lead efforts to infuse data-driving
decision making in our culture, lead training, presentations and one-on-ones
which show our team of 200+ the power of data to improve our work
Qualifications:
·
You are a highly analytical,
structured and process-oriented thinker
·
You are obsessed with efficiency
·
You are an Excel/Google Sheets expert
– you thought the day you learned about array formulas was the best day of your
life until you discovered the QUERY function
·
Working knowledge of Java and SQL –
this role won’t involve heavy coding, but you’ll be keen to use scripts and
queries when they are the best tools for the project
·
Working knowledge of statistics
·
While numbers maybe your best friend,
you draw energy from working with teams and supporting others

Our General Manager leads Moko’s B2B business vertical as well
as our finance, supply chain and distribution teams. Your daily focus
will be on growing our mature B2B business – which accounts for the majority of
the company’s revenue – and delivering top-notch operational support across the
company. This role is ideal for a senior cross-functional leader who is
an exceptional decision-maker, tactical problem solver, leader and coach.
You’ll be incredibly candid, passionate and never satisfied with the status quo
– these qualities will push your teams and our business to new heights.
