Qualifications
The applicants must have:

Certificate in food and
beverage/equivalent
·
Have experience of at least 6 months
in a busy institution
General Kitchen Cleaner
Responsibilities

Carries out duties of washing
utensils and equipment
·
Responsible for maintenance of
personal hygiene and general cleanliness
·
Assist in Preparation and service of
food
·
Clearing and wiping tables during
service.
·
Maintaining high standards of hygiene
in the catering premises and its environs
·
Ensuring health and safety
regulations are strictly observed
·
Any other duties assigned.
Qualifications

K.C.S.E certificate
Cashier
Responsibilities
·
Receiving cash from the canteen/mess
·
Processing of payment vouchers
·
Maintaining of commitment registers
·
Filing of accounting documents
·
Maintaining of budgeted vote heads
·
Receiving college revenue and issue
receipts at the canteen
·
Any other duties assigned
Qualifications
·
A minimum Certificate in Accounting
knowledge/ Business related course/ICT
