An officer at this level will report to Principal Accountant.
Responsibilities
·         Preparing and verifying vouchers in accordance with the laid down rules and regulations;
·         Collecting and delivering of bank correspondences;

·         Data capturing and, maintaining primary records such as cashbooks, ledgers, vote books, registers;
·         Preparing simple reports e.g. bank reconciliations, daily cash position report, imprest and expenditure returns etc;

Qualifications

·         Proficiency in the usage of recognized computer accounting software and common office applications;

Responsibilities
·         Participating in the production of appropriate communication and dissemination strategies

The Housekeeping Manager reports to the Director Operations and is responsible for cleanliness, aesthetic of rooms, public area, room set up, decoration, back areas and surrounding at the Convention Centre and asset management.
Responsibilities
Duties and responsibilities at this level will entail;
·         Oversee and direct the cleaning activities for the Corporation.
·         Order cleaning materials and new items are to ensure that the workers have the proper tools to perform their job duties.
·         Inform workers about the procedures and policies that have to be followed while cleaning rooms.
·         Approval of department’s expenditure.

The Principal Accountant reports to Finance and Accounting Manager
Responsibilities
·         Monitoring and evaluating the laid down systems and make recommendations for improving the financial systems
·         Tracking the utilization of capital and operational expenditure against the approved budget and report on the same
·         Confirming the accuracy and completeness of accounts receivables (invoicing, receipting, banking and reconciliations) and reporting on the same as appropriate
·         Identifying and report to the manager, finance of any identified incidences of non- compliance with laid down financial systems and financial risks facing the corporation
·         Liaising with other departments so as to ensure that financial and related regulations are complied with and where applicable give
