Job purpose

Job Purpose
Reporting to the Senior Quality Assurance Coordinator, the
Quality Assurance Coordinator will be responsible for the implementation of

Deputy Chief Dental Technologist

Job Purpose
Reporting to the Head of Department, Dentistry, the Deputy Chief
Dental Technologist will be responsible for planning and coordination of dental
services in the Hospital.
Responsibilities

Performing dental prosthesis.
·
Adjusting devices for people who have
lost teeth or need to correct the appearance and performance of their teeth.
·
Constructing plastic dentures or
implants.
·
Reconstructing the face of people
damaged by accidents or diseases.
·
Designing, implementing and
evaluating training programmes.
·
Coordinating the designing of appliances/
prostheses required in dentistry.
·
Assessing patient’s needs in relation
to the appliances/prostheses.

Providing specifications for
procurement of dental equipment and materials.
