Our client, a Kenyan company owns and operates a Game Lodge and a Real Estate Concern is seeking professionals to meet its staffing needs.
The open positions are;
Lodge positions 
Receptionist / Front Office – 2 pax

Real Estate positions
Sales Executives – 2 pax
Applicants in any of the open positions must be qualified in the area of interest and have experience in a similar work setting.
Game Lodge Positions:
Title: Front Office / Receptionist
Location: Mweiga- Nyeri County
Number required: 2 positions
The position holder shall be responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties at the game lodge.
Key Responsibilities
·         Arranging the reception area and ensuring a homely professional image;
·         Receiving guests at the Lodge and directing them appropriately;
·         Deal with customer enquiries and complaints escalating where necessary;
·         Maintaining the office dairy and work plan to ensure minimum disruptions;
·         Making outward bound telephone call and receiving inbound telephone calls
·         Handling customer inquiries and sorting and distribution of mail.
·         Liaising with other departments like housekeeping, bar, restaurant to ensure clients get unforgettable hospitality experience;
·         Performing any other duty as may be assigned by the management from time to time.

Qualifications and Experience
·         A holder of a Certificate in Customer Service/Public Relations/ Client Relations or Front Office from a recognized institution;
·         A diploma in the above or other related field will be an added advantage;
·         Minimum 1- 2 years’ relevant experience in an hospitality concern.
·         Proficiency in MS office suite;
·         Experienced working in high pressure environments.
Property / Real Estate Positions
Title: Land Sales Executives
Location: Nairobi and Thika
Number required: 2 position
The position holders shall be responsible for handling land sales and marketing duties for the company and ensuring the real estate solutions receive an uptake in the market.
Key Responsibilities
·         Identify new business opportunities by identifying new prospects
·         Sell the land parcels/plots by establishing contact and developing relationships with existing customers (to gain repeat business wherever possible} and potential customers via telephone call, emails and in person;
·         Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance and recommending new products;
·         Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports;
·         Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards;
·         Deal with customer complaints and confusion and escalating the same where necessary;
·         Sustain rapport with client’s by making periodic visits, sharing relevant information, statements etc;
·         Create awareness and buzz on the company’s real estate/property solutions using social media platforms;
·         Follow up on end-to-end customer satisfaction and providing alternative service offers;
·         Performing any other duty as may be assigned by the management from time to time.

Qualifications and Experience
·         A diploma in Sales and Marketing from a recognized institution;
·         Minimum 1- 2 years’ relevant experience in property sales/real estate concern;
·         Working proficiency in MS office suite;
·         Experienced to working in high pressure and result oriented environments.
