Responsibilities
·
Monitoring public perception of the
Agency;
·
Implementing media relations
programmes;
·
Implementing internal communications
programmes;
·
Ensuring adherence to the corporate
brand;
·
Drafting speeches;
·
Arranging corporate functions and
events;
·
Preparing corporate publicity
materials;
·
Managing social media platforms;
·
Collecting and collating information
for the Agency’s website; and
·
Implementing Corporate Social
responsibility programmes.
Qualifications
For appointment to this grade, a candidate must have:-

Bachelors degree in any of the
following disciplines:- Journalism, Mass Communications, Public Relations,
Communication and Media or equivalent qualification from a recognized
institution; and
·
Certificate in computer applications
from a recognized institution

Salaries Scale: 27,000-40,500
Responsibilities
·
Driving a motor vehicle as authorized
for official duty and assignments;
·
Carrying out routine checks on the
vehicle’s cooling, oil, tyre pressure, electrical and brake systems;
·
Maintaining records of service and
accessories;
·
Detecting and reporting of
malfunctioning of vehicle systems;
·
Maintaining of work tickets for
vehicles assigned;
·
Reporting traffic incidents or
accidents;
·
Ensuring security and safety of the
vehicle on and off the road;
·
Ensuring safety of the passengers
and/or goods therein; and
·
Maintaining cleanliness of the
vehicle.
Qualifications
·
Kenya Certificate of Secondary
Education mean grade D (plain) or equivalent qualification;
·
A current driving license free from
current endorsements and valid for all of the classes of vehicles, which the
driver is required to drive;
·
Attended a First-Aid Certificate
Course lasting not less than one (1) week obtained at St John Ambulance, or
Kenya Institute of Highway and Building Technology (KIHBT) or any other
recognized Institution;
·
Passed Suitability Test for Driver
Grade III;
·
Passed Occupational Test Grade III;
·
Passed Practical Test for Drivers
conducted by Automobile Association (AA) of Kenya or National Transport and
Safety Authority or National Youth Service;
·
A valid Certificate of Good Conduct
from the Directorate of Criminal Investigations;
·
Have minimum period of three (3)
years driving experience; and
·
A Certificate in Computer
