Front Office & Administration Officer Job in Kenya

We are in the Financial Management space providing innovative financial products & solutions.
We are looking to fill in the position of Front Office & Administration Officer.
Responsibilities:
·         Manage incoming correspondence – phone calls, emails etc.
·         Act as a first point of contact for the company and provide customers/visitors with information on the company’s services.

·         Ensure the office is cleaned every day before the start of business.
·         Ensure effective management and supervision of the support staff team – Office Assistants, Drivers, Guards etc.
·         Coordinate the maintenance of office equipment.
Qualifications:
·         Diploma in Front Office Administration or any other business-related field.
·         At least two (2) years’ experience in a similar role.
·         Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
·         Attention to detail, problem solving skills and ability to meet deadlines.
·         Proficient communicator at all levels both verbal and written.
·         Excellent computer skills.
