Overall Responsibility
The Office Assistant will be reporting to the Office Administrator.

Responsibilities
·         Maintaining office cleanliness
·         Undertaking photocopying services
·         Preparing and serving tea
·         Dispatching letters
·         Recording file movements and documents
·         Running errands related to Office Assistants work
·         Attending to visitors/clients
·         Any other relevant duties as may be assigned by Management from time to time.
Requirements
·         Must have Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) of at least mean grade D (plain) or its equivalent
·         Having a certificate in Customer Care/Public Relations from recognized Institution is an added advantage
·         Having a certificate in computer application skills from a recognized institution is an added advantage

·         Must meet the requirements of Chapter six of the constitution on leadership and Integrity.
Candidates will be required to satisfy or initiate the process of complying with the requirements of Chapter six (6) of the Constitution of Kenya 2010 including the following:
1.   Certificate of Good Conduct from Director of Criminal Investigation (NPSC)
2.   Compliance /Clearance Certificate from Higher Education Loans Board
3.   Tax Compliance Certificate from Kenya Revenue Authority
4.   Clearance from Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission
5.   Report from an approved Credit Reference Bureau
