Contract: Reliever for three
months

HR Solutions. Our Client in Nairobi’s Industrial Area is looking for a
maternity leave reliever to take up a 3-month customer care position. The
position requires someone who is available to start immediately.
Responsibilities
·
Welcome clients and take them through all the company’s products
·
Offer excellent customer service
·
Book sales orders into the system and process invoice
·
Accurately dispatch orders, raise invoices and account for cash
collected
·
Route planning for the drivers
·
Dispatch drivers or supplies on time
·
Effectively communicate to all stakeholders
·
Receive and make calls at the front office desk
·
Manage walk-in sales at the front office
·
Prepare sales and payment collection reports
Qualifications
·
Two years’ experience of customer service
·
Good working knowledge of computers
·
Excellent communication skills
·
Good command of both written and spoken English and Kiswahili
·
Ability to give full attention to customers
·
Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
·
Strong sense of teamwork
·
High attention to detail
·
Must be highly dependable
·
High level of integrity
·
Very organized and able to handle multiple activities
