·
Supervise animal health programs and
veterinary public health activities within the county.

Coordinate implementation of animal

This will be the overall head of
Supply Chain Management in the County

The duties at this level entail
assisting the Chief Officer Finance, CECM Finance and Economic Planning and the

Must be a member of CIPS or KISM
·

Certified Computer Network Professional (CCNP), CCNA, MCSE, MCSA, MCSD, Oracle
Certified Database administrator OCDBA, Microsoft Certified databases
Administrator MCDBA or their equivalent qualification from a recognized
institution. Certification in Project management is an added advantage.
