Qualifications
·         Bachelor’s Degree in Veterinary Medicine or Veterinary Science or its equivalent from a recognized academic institution.
·         Seven (7) years’ experience, Three (3) years of which must have been in a senior management level in an institution either in public or private sector
·         Certificate in Supervisory Skills Course lasting not less than Four (4) weeks from a recognized institution
·         Registration by Kenya Veterinary Board (KVB)

Qualifications
·         A Bachelors Degree in any of the following: – Commerce (procurement option), Business administration (procurement option), Procurement and supply chain management or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
·         Seven (7) years’ experience, Three (3) years of which must have been in a senior management level in an institution either in public or private sector
·         Must be a member of CIPS or KISM
·         Must have attended Senior Management Course for a period not less than Four (4) Weeks.

·         A minimum of Seven (7) years’ experience in relevant work and at least three (3) years in a supervisory role in the Public Service or in the Private Sector;
·         Professional certification such as Certified Computer Network Professional (CCNP), CCNA, MCSE, MCSA, MCSD, Oracle Certified Database administrator OCDBA, Microsoft Certified databases Administrator MCDBA or their equivalent qualification from a recognized institution. Certification in Project management is an added advantage.
·         Member of an ICT professional body.
